Welcome to TOTS (Townsville Online Tenders System), Townsville City Council's online system for downloading tender and quotation information.

TOTS enables you to view current tenders and quotations and freely download associated documents and addenda, saving you time and money.

Note: You must still physically deliver tender and quotation submissions to council by the specified date and time.

You can browse current tenders and quotation in TOTS at any time, but you will be required to register your details before downloading tender and quotation documents. This is required so we can contact you about changes to tenders and quotations should the need arise. Registration is free and can be done online.

Please note: You must register for Townsville Online Tender System through the link below. Registrations for TOTS will NOT be accepted through the Townsville Online Lodgement System for Development Applications.

Submission information

Sealed submissions addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and endorsed with the contract number and contract        title must be lodged in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor, Townsville City Council Administration Building,                103 Walker Street, Townsville by 10am on the relevant closing date. 

Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 relating to changes to tenders may be applied.

Contracts >$200,000 

Due to Local Government Legislative amendments as of 14 December 2012 only contracts valued at $200,000 (ex GST) or more are required to be reported.

•  Register of Contracts > $200,000 July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013
•  Register of Contracts > $100,000 July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012
• Register of Contracts > $100,000 July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011

Purchasing

Suppliers of goods and services to council must view the Townsville City Council Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Purchase of Goods or Services (Terms and Conditions) document to ensure compliance with council's payment procedures and terms, delivery, insurance, workplace health and safety and pricing requirements.
