The Townsville Online Lodgement System (TOLS) enables you to electronically submit and amend development applications, including the ability to upload the associated files. With TOLS, you can save the time and expense associated with hand delivering or posting development applications.

You must be a registered member to use TOLS. To register, please complete a registration form.

TOLS is NOT used to register for the Townsville Online Tender System.
