*The Walker Street Customer Service Centre will undergo refurbishment between Monday 30th April 2012 and Friday 22nd June 2012. During the refurbishment a temporary Customer Service Centre will be set up in the Knowledge Management Service Desk Area located at 103 Walker Street, Ground Floor. A limited range of services at the Walker Street Customer Service Centre will be offered during this time and some delays may be encountered due to available space to accommodate human resources*.
