Standing Committees

Infrastructure Committee

Meetings of the Infrastructure Committee will be held on a Tuesday at 9am in the second week preceding the Monthly Ordinary Meeting.

Membership to each committee consists of six (6) councillors. The Mayor will act as an ex-officio member on each of the committees.

These meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, 103 Walker St, Townsville and are open to the public.

Please note that the public will be excluded from meetings during deliberation of confidential items in the "Closed" section of the Agenda.

  • Traffic Safety Management
  • such other matters as the Council may from time to time determine by resolution.
