Cost and Timeframe

Construction is scheduled to commence March 2010 and is planned for completion by December 2010. This will be a ‘rolling construction’ to minimize disturbance to local businesses.

Costings

The total project cost has been estimated at $56.6m with allowance for additional escalation for construction. These construction estimates have been prepared by Rider Levett Bucknall. Rates current as at October 2008.
