Council is required to assess its achievement of the Corporate and Operational Plans on a quarterly basis. Achievement is measured through council's Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Program. The CPM program will allow council to track its success on a quarterly and annual basis against the quadruple bottom line goals of economic, social and environmental sustainability and responsible governance.

Council will utilise quarterly performance reports, the annual report and state government reporting to assess and report on its achievement of both the Corporate and Operational Plans.
