Community Attitude Survey

2009 Survey

Townsville City Council will commence surveying 500 residents of the city for the 2009 Community Attitude Survey in April. The survey is being conducted by AEC Group Ltd.

Houses will be doorknocked at random, based on a proportionate selection for each suburb. You may be asked to participate. The survey will involve a face-to-face interview with a representative from AEC Group Ltd, and will focus on questions about council facilities and services. The interview may take a couple of hours to complete. All representatives will carry identification from the council. Please contact the Customer Service Centre if you would like more information the Community Attitude Survey, or to verify your representative.

Survey results are expected to be released in July.
