Corporate Plan 2009 - 2014

Our Corporate Plan is council's principal long term planning document which identifies the issues and priorities for council over the next 5 years and beyond. It sets out our plan to meet the present and future needs of our community by identifying a clear vision for the future, our mission and the values which are fundamental to how we operate and make decisions.

The Corporate Plan is the document from which other Council plans, strategies, policies and processes are created. The Corporate Plan also fulfils the council's statutory obligation outlined in the Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government Finance Standard 2005.
