Booking a Facility

Townsville City Council Community Facilities are available for regular or casual hire by community groups, government and non-government organisations, businesses, and individuals.

To arrange bookings of a facility please contact Community Services Business Support.

Facility Fees and Charges

All community facility bookings attract various fees and charges.

You will be advised in writing when your booking is approved. NO booking is confirmed until you receive and sign the agreement and pay the required hire fee and/or damage deposit.

Community Run Centres

A range of council owned facilites are run by the community and used extensively by community groups.  A list of these venues are below with links to the respective community organisation for bookings.
