Aitkenvale Meeting Room

CityLibraries provides a meeting room for the public with comprehensive facilities. Bookings are required and priority is determined by a first-in first-served basis.

To make a booking please complete the Booking Form (81kB) with details of your requirements and return this to the meeting room co-ordinators at CityLibraries Aitkenvale.

Single or multiple bookings can be made up to six months in advance. Please refer to our meeting room conditions for further details.

Facilities and Equipment

• Seating for up to 60 people
• Kitchenette - servery, sink, hydro-boil, crockery, cutlery, and refrigerator
• Toilet facilities
• Access for persons with impaired mobility
• Audio visual equipment - television, video recorder, white board, overhead projector, and slide projector

Room Availability

Closed public holidays.

Extension of time outside the above hours can be arranged by negotiation.
