Sewerage Design and Connection

You can check with Council's Hydraulic Services Unit on 4727 9000 to find out if your property has a sewerage connection. Most new subdivisions and estates already have sewerage and water connected. However, a single vacant block may not.

If you require a new sewerage connection, the Council can assist with the design.

Before you engage Council for your design work, ensure you have the following information:

• Address of the property
• Real Property Description
• Property owner's name
• Applicant's name
• A postal address and other contact details
• Plans for the proposed new development, or alteration work
• Site Plan (showing proposed water meter for water connection)

A fee for this service may also be required.
