ePlanner is Townsville City Council's guide for assisting in determining which parts of the City Plan are assessable for a given property and development type.

ePlanner is free to use and only takes a minute to run.

You will be prompted for the street address of the property, as well as the type of development you are intending. ePlanner will then return an PDF document (requiring Adobe Acrobat reader), containing the details of the property and which codes of the City Plan are assessable for the chosen development type.
