COVID-19 Entry requirements

Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our visitors, employees, and volunteers, as well as the greater community.

The Queensland Government has issued a Public Health Directive which requires anyone entering some of Council venues and events to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To assist our community we have developed a quick  reference guide to  show which venues and events are impacted by this new directive.

All visitors will be required to check in using the Check In Qld app upon arrival following the below steps.

  1. Download the Queensland Check-In app to your smartphone and open.
  2. Tap 'Check-In Now'.
  3. Scan the QR code and check-in any children (under the age of 16) with you.
  4. See a staff member as they will require to see proof of your check-in and look for the tick that confirms your vaccination status.

Did you know you can add your proof of vaccination status to the Queensland Check-in app? Please link your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Check-In Qld app before your visit. This can streamline the entry process if completed prior.
