Dr Judith Hamilton – Selection Panel Member
Dr Judith Hamilton has been involved with the art world for nearly 60 years. After several years as a secondary school art specialist teacher in Queensland and Victoria, she made creating her own art her priority. Her work was shown in the Bicentennial Exhibition at the Sydney Opera House in 1988. However, she found her forte in ceramic sculpture. In 2015, she completed her PhD at The University of Queensland, with her dissertation offering an analysis of the development of Brisbane’s art world.
