About the Artwork
As I am a devoted teapot maker and lover of tea, the thought of a continuous pot of tea was very appealing. Giving a nod to Norman Lindsay, creator of The Magic Pudding, this teapot, named Constance (pun intended), was a design challenge: incorporate the infinity symbol while still constructing a teapot form. I threw and entwined three doughnut shapes and decorated in Steampunk style to complement the form.
