Pencil in galleries visits with new exhibition calendar
Get your fill of world-class art right in the heart of Townsville with the launch of the Townsville City Galleries Exhibition Calendar.

The calendar includes all exhibitions at Perc Tucker Regional Gallery and Pinnacles Gallery from now until June, including the upcoming exhibitions Garrison, The Percivals 2026 and Intimate Imaginaries.
Councillor Ann-Maree Greaney said the calendar was the quickest way to find free and accessible exhibitions to enjoy in Townsville.
“Our exhibition calendar outlines all of our major exhibitions through to June, as well as information on public programs to get involved in,” Cr Greaney said.
“Council is very proud to celebrate creativity, culture and community through the diverse exhibitions at our two galleries. The calendar showcases our commitment to exhibiting local, national and international artists in our premier gallery spaces.
“Perc Tucker Regional Gallery is currently exhibiting In the Heart of the North, Mintjapuni: Ricky Emmerton and Young Indigenous Printmakers, while Pinnacles Gallery has the incredible The Children’s Sensorium designed for children and families.
“In the next few months, we’ll be opening Garrison and The Percivals 2026 at Perc Tucker Regional Gallery and Intimate Imaginaries at Pinnacles Gallery. These exhibitions are free to attend, and our galleries are accessible for people of all abilities.”
