Fran McFadzen – Photographic Prize Panel
Since retiring, Fran McFadzen has been able to focus more on her hobby of photography, building on her pictures of family, holidays, and travel. She began to compete in international and national photography competitions, going on to collect more than 500 acceptances and awards, and her work has been featured in Australian photographic publications. She soon found herself helping others achieve their photographic goals, and she is committed to helping others on their photographic journey.
As a resident of Yeppoon, Fran is a member of the Keppel Coast Camera Club, and President of the Rockhampton Photography Club. At the state level, she is a PSQ Accredited Judge, PSQ webmaster, and a PSQ committee member. Fran is always happy to help mentor others in competition involvement, as she strongly believes that this hones one’s photography skills and gives one an incentive to improve further.
