With a formal background in Graphic design and illustration, Peter started carving in sand at Sand Sculpting Australia’s 2006 event at Rye, Victoria. Since then Peter has worked steadily around Australia and internationally on large and small public events, corporate jobs and winning awards in competitions.

His easy going manner and passion for sand sculpting make him a natural at events when there is public inquiry about the art form. He and his wife Sharon have built up over that time SandStorm Events which is the premier sand sculpting company in Australia.
