Sharon Redmond is a creative leader with over 32 years’ experience in event management and public art. As Director of Sandstorm Events, she has produced more than 45 major sand sculpting exhibitions and over 200 installations across Australia, working with brands like Disney, AFL, and Penguin Books.

Sharon is recognised for her innovation, community engagement, and mentorship of emerging artists. Her deep industry knowledge and passion for visual storytelling make her a valued judge for the 2025 Townsville Art Ephemera, where she brings a discerning eye and a commitment to celebrating artistic excellence.
