Council Community Facilities are available for regular or casual hire by community groups, government and non-government organisations, businesses, and individuals.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
  • Each venue has the capacity of 1 person per 2m² – see individual venues below for maximum numbers.
  • This number must include event organisers, caterers, entertainment providers and guests (including children).
  • QR Codes are to be used where available.
  • Where QR codes are not available, contract tracing lists are to be kept by event organisers in line with Queensland Health Guidelines

Council Community Facilities are available for regular or casual hire by community groups, government and non-government organisations, businesses, and individuals.

Facility Fees and Charges

All community facility bookings attract various fees and charges.

You will be advised in writing when your booking is approved. NO booking is confirmed until you receive and sign the agreement and pay the required hire fee and/or damage deposit.

Community Run Centres

A range of council owned facilities are run by the community and used extensively by community groups.  A list of these venues are below with links to the respective community organisation for bookings.
