Booking a Facility
Council Community Facilities are available for regular or casual hire by community groups, government and non-government organisations, businesses, and individuals.
To arrange bookings of any of our community centres listed above please contact Customer Service on 13 48 10 or email the following:

- Annandale, Heatley, Oonoonba, Railway, Riverside Gardens and Wulguru Community Centres - communitycentres@townsville.qld.gov.au
Facility Fees and Charges
All community facility bookings attract various fees and charges.
You will be advised in writing when your booking is approved. NO booking is confirmed until you receive and sign the agreement and pay the required hire fee and/or damage deposit.
Community Run Centres
A range of council owned facilities are run by the community and used extensively by community groups. A list of these venues are below with links to the respective community organisation for bookings.

Council's Community Facility Programs
Townsville City Council's Community Facilities are vibrant hubs of community activity and are extensively utilised by community groups and organisations for their activities. Council provides the following programs at each centre:
