The Customer Service Centre and Service Point is currently undergoing renewal works. Please see below the temporary locations:

  • The 103 Walker Street Customer Service Centre is temporarily located next door – 143 Walker Street, Ground Floor, Gold Foyer.

Payments accepted in cash, card, cheque, or money order. No cash can be given on debit cards or cheques.

Customer Service Point

9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday; (Closed Public Holidays)

  • Citylibraries Riverway, 20 Village Boulevard, Thuringowa Central

Note: The Citylibraries location is card only no cash.

Accepted credit cards include Visa and MasterCard. A payment processing fee (0.5% of the payment amount) applies to credit card payments.
