Applications on Public Notification
The Planning Act 2016 requires the public to be notified about any impact assessable development applications or an application for a variation request during the assessment process.
The process of public notification allows adjoining or nearby property owners, and others, the opportunity to view the development application, consider the likely impacts the proposal may have on them, and provide comment about the proposal prior to the end of the Submission Close Date.
