Pinnacles Gallery Closure Notice
Pinnacles Gallery will be closed to the public for an exhibition changeover from Monday, 20 October to Friday, 7 November 2025. The gallery will reopen on Saturday, 8 November 2025 for the Children’s Sensorium Family Fun Day.
Townsville has a vibrant and active theatre and arts community.
The Townsville Civic Theatre offers a range of entertainment and special events and provides an environment to further develop performing arts in Townsville and the north.
Council also owns and operates two premier regional galleries, Perc Tucker Regional Gallery in Townsville City, and Pinnacles Gallery located within the Riverway Precinct. These venues host a selection of exhibitions, artist talks, workshops and other events and displays for a wide audience of locals and visitors to the region.
