Council systems restored

Townsville City Council’s digital systems have been fully restored following a partial disruption to some services this morning.

The interruption was caused by an air-conditioning fault, which affected main data servers.

Residents may have experienced difficulty accessing some functions on the council’s website and TicketShop. Call Centre phones were also affected.

Council apologises for any inconvenience that may have been experienced during this time.
