Application Lodgements (TOLS)
Townsville Online Lodgement System (TOLS)
TOLS enables you to electronically submit and amend development applications, including uploading associated files. Save the time and expense associated with hand delivering or posting development applications. As a registered TOLS user, you can lodge a range of applications with Council such as:
- material change of use
- operational works
- reconfiguring a lot
- privately certified building approvals
- road work permit
- concurrence agency referrals, including for building over or adjacent to services
- plumbing and drainage applications
- backflow test forms
