Water & Wastewater Application Process

Which form do I need?

Form What it is for When to use it
Form 1 – Water Meter Application Used for standard water meter applications, generally for a new 20mm water connection for a residential dwelling or new build. Use this form when the request is for a standard 20mm water connection only.
QAF0190 – Request for Connection Quotation Used to request a quotation for water or wastewater works where a standard fee does not apply. Use this form for non-standard connections or works, including water connections that are not 20mm, relocations, sewer connections, disconnections, fire service connections and irrigation water meters for developments.
