Babe on the big screen at Strand Park this Friday

Come along to Strand Park from 5pm and mingle with some of your favourite book characters before sitting back to enjoy an outdoor screening of the film starting at 6.30pm.
The screening is in the lead up to Savannah: Townsville’s Festival of Stories which features a program of guest authors, workshops, storytime and book launches later this month at Mercure Townsville.
Tickets are now on sale for the event from May 25-28 which is designed to inspire North Queensland residents to read, write, tell stories and connect with each other and their local library.
