Update #11: Washing of hard surfaces now permitted

Townsville City Council advises that residents and businesses are now able to wash hard surfaces following a further easing of water restrictions.
Council again thanks Townsville and Magnetic Island residents and business owners for their cooperation, understanding and patience.
