Public Amenities Maintenance

Council is carrying out roofing maintenance on the public amenities block at Balgal Beach Campground, located at the end of the Esplanade in Balgal Beach.

This project is part of Council’s ongoing commitment to asset and infrastructure management. It aims to ensure community assets remain in serviceable condition, supporting regional growth.

As part of this project, Council will:

• remove and replace the roof of the amenities block, carrying out any necessary structural maintenance
• temporary close the park’s amenities block, with Council providing on-site facilities for the duration of the works.

If you live in or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• construction machinery and vehicle movement
• temporary closure of the amenities block
• increased levels of dust, noise, vibrations and occasional odour.
