What works are coming up?
Council is undertaking infrastructure maintenance and refurbishment works on the timber bridged railing sections of the raised boardwalk located in North Ward.

This project forms part of Council’s ongoing commitment to infrastructure management, addressing identified maintenance needs to ensure community assets are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.

What will the works include?
As part of this project, Council will:

• undertake detailed maintenance work on the boardwalk bridge railing to ensure an ongoing safe and optimal connection for the community
• Council staff will oversee and manage any environmental reinstatement work resulting from these operations.

What does this mean for me?
If you visit or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• increased levels of dust, noise, vibrations and occasional odour.
• maintenance works will be completed in sections resulting in no access closures required.
