Roadworks

Council is planning to deliver roadworks along North Street between Echlin Street and Cowley Street, West End.
This project is part of Council’s annual Roadworks program, which aims to maintain our Council controlled road network to ensure the community’s transportation needs are adequately met and continue to support the growth of our region.

The works will include:

• removal and replacement of damaged kerb
• removal and replacement of driveway crossings
• removal and replacement of the road surface with new asphalt
• installation of new road markings, reflective markers and signage

If you live in or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• construction machinery and vehicle movement
• increased levels of dust, noise, and vibrations
• temporary traffic changes, including lane closures, minor traffic delays and reduced speed limits.
• Council may request residents to relocate vehicle
• Council will notify impacted properties seven days before work begins.
