The Strand will be closed between Kennedy Street and Howitt Street between 6am to 9:30pm on Saturday 16 August 2025.
Jezzine Barracks Precinct at all entry points from 5am to 5pm on Saturday 16 August 2025.
Vehicles left within the area after the proposed closure will be towed at the owners expense.
