Public Amenities Maintenance

Council is carrying out roofing maintenance on the public amenities block at Saunders Beach Park, located at the end of Reef Street
in Saunders Beach.

This project is part of Council’s ongoing commitment to asset and infrastructure management. It aims to ensure community assets remain in serviceable condition, supporting regional growth.

As part of this project, Council will:

• remove and replace the roof of the amenities block, carrying out any necessary structural maintenance
• temporary closure of the park’s amenities block, with Council providing on-site facilities for the duration of the works.

If you visit or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• construction machinery and vehicle movement
• temporary closure of the amenities block, as indicated overleaf
• increased levels of dust, noise, vibrations and occasional odour.
