Drainage Retaining Wall Renewal Works

Council is undertaking a retaining wall renewal and associated maintenance work on a section of fencing within the drainage easement between 16 Currawong Street and 18 Currawong Street in Condon.

This project is part of Council’s Capital Projects program, which ensures that Council controlled road and access networks remain well maintained, meet community’s connectivity needs, and support the ongoing growth of our region.

As part of this project, Council will:

• remove and replace the concrete retaining wall with a new, fit-for purpose retaining wall
• rehabilitate the site, ensuring the new retaining wall ties in neatly with the drainage easement connection.

If you park near or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• construction machinery and vehicle movement
• increased levels of dust, noise, and vibrations
• temporary parking changes within the easement throughout works.
