Understanding Your Rate & Utilities Notice
Townsville ratepayers receive their Rate and Utilities Notice in their mailbox or inbox twice a year – in February and August. To receive your notice via email, subscribe to eNotices.
The notice features breakdowns of rates, utilities, State Government levies, and eligible concessions.
Council offers a prompt payment discount to the General Rate, and the Nelly Bay Harbour Development Special Rates, upon full payment of all rates and charges, including arrears, by the discount date shown on the Notice.
