Riverway Upper Lagoon Maintenance Works

Council is undertaking maintenance work within the Riverway Upper Lagoon. This includes detailed servicing of all pipework, filters, and pumps to ensure the lagoon continues to operate efficiently and sustainably. Additional infrastructure upgrades and routine tasks will also be carried out as part of the works.

This project forms part of Council’s annual maintenance plan, which focuses on keeping our community assets and infrastructure in optimal condition and supporting ongoing regional growth.

As part of this project, Council will:

• carry out detailed servicing of all pipework, filters, and pumps
• undertake infrastructure upgrades and maintenance works as required.

If you visit in or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• temporary closure of the Riverway Upper Lagoon throughout works
• increased levels of contractor movement, noise, and vibrations.

Please be advised that the Toddler Pool and Lower Lagoon at Riverway Lagoons will remain open during the scheduled maintenance of the Upper Lagoon.
