Roadworks

Council is undertaking roadworks along Fulham Road between Mill Drive and Charles Street and on Charles Street between Fulham Road and Fitzroy Street, Heatley.

This project is part of Council’s annual Roadworks program, which aims to maintain our Council-controlled road network.

Works will include:

• resurfacing the Fulham Road and Mill Drive Roundabout in two (2) nights
• resurfacing the Charles Street and Fitzroy Roundabout in one (1) night
• resurfacing Fulham Road between Mill Drive and Charles Street in three (3) days
• resurfacing Charles Street between Fulham Road and Fitzroy Street in two (2) days.

If you live in or are travelling through the area, you may experience:

• construction machinery and vehicle movement
• increased levels of dust, noise, and vibrations
• temporary traffic changes, including lane closures, minor traffic delays and reduced speed limits
• local traffic and residents will be guided to their residence by on-site traffic control.

This project is proudly funded by the Queensland Government through the Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme program and delivered in partnership with Council.
