Site Office Construction

Council will be carrying out work to upgrade the intersection of Jones Road and No Name Road at Woodstock. Delivered by civil contractor BMD Constructions, this is part of enabling infrastructure works for the Lansdown Eco-industrial Precinct. To support this work, a temporary site office will be established.

Works will include:

• clearing of vegetation and installation of a new permanent property boundary fence
• temporary establishment of site compound facilities including site offices, generator for power, toilet facilities, fencing and vehicle car parking.

BMD will have security measures in place to keep the site secure. Vehicles will access the site office from Jones Road.

This project is jointly funded by the Australian Government and Queensland Government, in association with Townsville City Council.
